Who We Are
We are developers of cyber security and connectivity systems, licensing technology to large corporations, and providing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to multinational companies.
With a team of information security specialists, we implemented the quality program based on the Net Point Score (NPS) methodology, with the best approval and problem resolution rates and we were awarded with the RA1000 Seal from the "Reclame Aqui" site.
In the Connectivity area, we are leaders in the Dynamic DNS service in Brazil, with DDNS, widely used by CCTV integrators, GPRS security systems and by the main players of security camera systems, which use our system in OEM.
We also developed Winconnection and Winco Firewall, edge security solutions with web filtering and VPN for small and medium-sized companies.
Our message recording and auditing solution for the financial market, Winco Talk Manager, is used by the largest B3 brokers and banks, in compliance with CMN Resolution 4,893/2021 (which replaced CMN standards 4,658/18 and 4,752/ 19).
We structured a go-to-market operation for AVG Antivirus, in which we created and trained a network of resellers, friendly technicians and digital influencers, strengthening the AVG brand, the leader in the Antivirus market for personal computers in the period. This operation was a great success and was the subject of a Merge & Acquisition (M&A) in 2014.

1997
It had only been 2 years since commercial Internet was released in Brazil and Winco captured the growing need for companies to manage data via the Internet. We created NETEDI, a data transmission system between companies for computers using MS-DOS and Windows 3.11 operating system, revolutionary for using TCP/IP with Linux.
1999
We opened a branch in São Paulo and started selling Winconnection, Winco Firewall 1.0, a proxy server for companies that needed to share the Internet on Windows servers.
2002
Aware of the need for broadband customers to have their own addresses for remote access via the Internet, we launched Winco DDNS (dynamic DNS service), which for over a decade remained free, and is today the national leader in the segment.
2003
We were AVG Anti-Virus distributors between 2003 and 2014. After this period we sold our operation and decided to move forward with our own developed products, focused on high-tech niche markets.
2013
We launched Winco Talk Manager, with strong success in several segments, especially the financial market, and today it is the Skype control and recording solution most used by Bovespa's stockbrokers.
2014
We don't stop! In 2014, we launched Netprotection, a product in the Web Filtering area for small businesses and homes.
Invited by AVAST Software sro, given our expertise gained from distributing security products, we have become the Customer Care Center for all of Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula, helping millions of customers who need help with Avast and AVG Anti-virus , whether from the corporate segment such as small businesses or home users.
2019
We continued with the development of our own products and launched Cloud VPN, a VPN connectivity solution that does not require advanced firewall configurations and allows quick interconnection between headquarters and branches.
2020
We added support for Whatsapp in Winco TalkManager, allowing the archiving of messages transmitted between the application, focusing on B3 compliance and auditing and CMN resolution 4983/2021.
2023
We launched Winco Firewall for Linux, a modular and easy-to-deploy security and connectivity solution.
